Monsoon Villa provides the delectable flavours of traditional Eastern cuisine, including family recipes that have been used for generations and passed on to our chef.
Specialities include Black Lagoon Crab Curry, Giant Prawns, Cuttle Fish, Ray Fish and Fish Roe cooked the traditional way, Grilled whole Sea Bass and Stuffed Squid – all using produce from the mornings catch.
Our obliging chefs are also able to provide Western cuisine including BBQ’s, if required by guests, on a minimum notice of 3 days prior to arrival.
